As designs become more compact and complex, the need for full-wave EM simulations of circuits and systems is on the rise. Modelithics assists in meeting this need with Libraries of 3D EM Geometry Models as well as 3D Brick EM Models™.

The integration of Modelithics’ high accuracy scalable parasitic models into the design environments makes EM co-simulation a seamless process, resulting in very accurate model-to-measurement agreement and fewer design iterations.

The 3D models are based on the physical characteristics of each component and can be used in full wave 3D electromagnetic (EM) simulation, including component interaction and effects of parts in close proximity. The 3D models are substrate independent, measurement validated, and enable full-wave 3D EM simulations.

The Modelithics 3D models are available for Ansys HFSS, Cadence Clarity and (coming soon!) Keysight Technologies RFPro.
